This role is responsible for the overall management and coordination of Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Inventory Control (raw materials to finished goods) and Dispatches. RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but not limited to -  Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards  Support financial optimization by ensuring local / import procurement are negotiated in the best interest of the organization and material quality and specifications are met.  Establish inventory re-order patterns based on optimized safety stocks to effectively service projects and science news ensure price optimization through effective negotiation and supplier performance reviews in conjunction with Finance & Procurement  Actively champion development and preparation of strategies for functional area  Co-ordinate activities that ensure current operations, practices and processes are in alignment with corporate objectives and best practices  Implement manufacturing improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, increase throughput and minimize costs.  Responsible for coaching, mentoring, training and assessing of team members as well as monitoring attrition rate and ensuring right mix and staffing requirements are met  Provide direction to the team members to translate non-financial performance measures into value driver impact on financial measure;  Monitor function performance and report against predefined targets as well as track benchmark company performance with industry and peers;  Ensure alignment of operations to support strategy execution and define best communication channels, target audience and content to share on strategy execution; REQUIREMENTS • Resourceful and proactive working style • Professional maturity; ability to employ discretion • ¬Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills (i.e., strong analytical ability) • Excellent negotiation skills and high level of service orientation • ¬Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task • Drive, enthusiasm and determination for getting the job done • Ability to build trust and work respectfully with team members and other colleagues • Ability to supervise and influence others as well as define and lead change • Proven experience in developing processes, policies and strategies at corporate level • Experience in planning and implementing a sustainable building strategy for an organization of similar size and complexity • Understanding of how processes, replica watches systems and technology can be applied to drive efficiency and effectiveness of a multi-functional business QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE  Degree and/or have a relevant professional institute qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Wood Engineering, Architecting or related discipline.  Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, HR) as well as safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes  8 (Eight) years minimum professional experience in related positions.
